JOB SUMMARY

The Sr M365 Systems Administrator supports installation, configuration, and maintain Microsoft M365 environment, including exchange, M365 Apps and single sign-on systems.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administer and support Office 365 suite configurations, policies and analyze, troubleshoot, and deliver Microsoft cloud solutions on Azure and Office 365 platforms
• Provide subject matter expertise of Office 365 and Microsoft Azure with emphasis in security (Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) policies for Office 365, Azure AD Identity Protection, Conditional Access (CA), Azure Information Protection and Office365 Message Encryption), architectural design, migration management and support of large-scale implementations
• Provide subject matter expertise in Compliance & data retention leveraging Office 365 Data Loss Protection (DLP), Cloud Access Security Brokers (CASB), & Native Office 365 capabilities such as retention policies including Office 365 eDiscovery & Advanced eDiscovery
• In-depth knowledge on exchange administration in hybrid environment, mailbox management, configurations and security, Environment security using IronPort, Public folders, and Shared mailbox management.
• In-depth knowledge of Authorization & Authentication in Microsoft hybrid environment and experience with Azure AD including Single Sign On (SSO) and Multi Factor Authentication (MFA), AD Connect to be able to sync AD users and devices to M365 in a Hybrid environment.
• Support Single Sign-On using Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) with Multi Factor Authentication using both SAML and OAUTH methods.
• Service Health monitoring using Office 365 console and actively respond based on system alerts and notification
• Implementation of new Office 365 features and functionality (Microsoft Teams, Office 365 Groups, Planner, PowerApps, etc.)
• Evaluate needs and deliver solutions using OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint and other O365 collaboration
• Architecture and engineering of SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft Office 365 Groups, providing deep technical knowledge on various Teams architecture elements deployed in an Enterprise environment
• Assist in developing and implementation of support strategies for the various Office 365 applications
• Perform scripting for administration automation and reporting M365 tasks using PowerShell.
• Should be Primary On-site support for Microsoft 365 issues, troubleshoot issues with Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams etc., should be able to engage Microsoft support and participate in P1 calls
