Moneris is dedicated to improving and optimizing our sales, order management and customer service capabilities. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be a subject matter expert in your technical speciality and will bring an expertise in product management and understanding of API first principals.
Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a Hybrid model.
Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Director – Product, Sales & Operations Platforms
Your Moneris Career – What you’ll do
Develop and manage all elements of the product life cycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing support.
Lead teams to solve complex problems and identify innovative solutions.
Formulate and execute a 3-18 month roadmap for the assigned product portfolio.
Collaborate with the Family Product Owner (FPO) and other POs to develop long-term product strategies.
Ensure timely delivery of products on budget and within scope, achieving defined OKR success metrics.
Analyze market intelligence and translate customer needs into a compelling product vision.
Manage client expectations, gather requirements, ensure solution feasibility, and demonstrate product capabilities.
Maintain continuous feedback loops and communication with clients and internal partners (sales, technology, and operations) to adapt and improve the product.
Your Moneris Career – What you bring
7+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.
Strong technical background with the ability to understand and drive technical solutions.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to lead teams in complex scenarios.
Experience in developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps.
Knowledge of market analysis, customer needs assessment, and product lifecycle management.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in continuous improvement practices.
Nice-to-have…
Proficiency in payment systems and the merchant acquiring business is an asset.
