With gained experience in this role, the IT Digital Workplace Senior Specialist will lead a portfolio of technical tools to help enhance productivity excellence!
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with various departments to understand current processes
Identify areas for enhanced efficiencies and improvements
Help implement technology tools or update processes to help make the workforce more efficient and effective
Review and deploy the latest technologies available in Employee Productivity such as Microsoft Teams, Planner, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Automate, RPA, and many others
Teach, engage, and motivate departments on how to use the latest productivity technologies and track user adoption
Report and present user adoption and other KPIs to upper management demonstrating effectiveness
Must be self-driven with excellent organizational and follow-up skills to deliver effective results
