Educational Equivalencies
• Bachelor’s degree in related field required; or
• Associate’s degree in related field and two year related experience required; or
• High school diploma and four year related experience required.
Five years relevant experience in designated training subject area, including a working knowledge of related business operations, procedures and systems required. Experience in training, consulting or a related field required. Designation in a related field (e.g., General Insurance Certification (AINS)) preferred. CE Instructor designation, or willingness to attain, required. Proficiency with facilitation technology required. Delivery territory includes ERIE’s entire area of operations. Incumbent may be asked to reside within a particular region or be based out of the Home Office. Travel, including overnight stays, required. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
