HR Business Management is accountable for supporting the Head of HR and the HR Lead Team in defining and executing against strategic plans. As the firm grows in size, geography and products, the work of HR requires increased capabilities in scoping programs, ensuring programs are integrated, and executing with excellence.
The role will be accountable for:
Navigating HR Center of Excellence (COE) teams through key business processes and liaising with partners in Shared Service functions (Procurement, Finance, ECO, etc.) where applicable
Partnering with Finance to provide analysis on HR budget forecast and actuals; supporting COE teams with financial deliverables such as reporting, accruals, and reforecast adjustments
Supporting strategic planning tools and processes to manage execution, ensuring integration across HR Business Partner (HRBP) and HR COE teams
Working with Sr. Business Analyst and Business Managers to provide ad hoc project management support to key HR programs
Supporting continuous improvement and sophistication of HR Business Management solutions, tools, and processes
Coordinating and collaborating closely with other business management team members on the overall HR programs and operations
Support COE’s and HR Data & Analytics team in the aggregation and organization of HR KPI’s and risk metrics.
This role will be an individual contributor role and will require both analytical and strategic thinking with a high degree of collaboration. The role will report to a Sr. Business Analyst on the HR Business Management team.

Role Overview:
Responsible for providing senior team members and leadership with information about the performance of the business and independently supporting business units by running various analyses and implementing new policies and practices. This work is fast-paced and complex, requiring critical thinking in real-time.
Responsibilities:
Develops and designs reports based on various HR initiatives and other business analyses. Works with senior associates and corporate partners to develop standardized reporting structure.
Provides all levels of decision-makers with relevant and current information that increases transparency into and knowledge of business costs/drivers and how business efforts are performing and aligning with current strategies.
Provides insight and feedback into the maintenance and enhancement of HR Business Management processes, tools, and relevant reporting systems. Proactively consults with business lead partners to recommend, design, and implement tool and process enhancements to be used across HR.
Provides routine and ad hoc analytic support and educates functional teams on policies and practices for efficiency and issue resolution.
Supports strategic planning activities, including HR budget and resourcing prioritization, for enhancements and other analytical needs.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
5+ years of total relevant work experience
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite including OneNote, SharePoint, and Word
Experience working with quantitative and qualitative data in an analytical capacity
Preferred:
Experience working on strategic programs and projects, particularly around process improvement
Foundational knowledge of financial and vendor management concepts
FINRA Requirements
FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for remote work up to two days a week.
