This role will support a culture of progressive and sustainable Associate competencies by providing accessible tools and engaging training programs, which will encourage associate development and empowerment.
This is done through identifying gaps and providing opportunities for training to fill these gaps then progressing beyond for continued development within all Associate roles. Schedule and coordinate associate training to develop and improve their technical skills and performance and ensuring documentation is current.
