including automatic drywall taping and finishing tools
skimming blades
hand tools and accessories. Level5 serves drywall finishing professionals and DIYers through a network of distributors and retailers and leads the drywall tools market in online sales.

Responsibilities
Arrange daily orders to ensure all service level agreements are being met for all of our E-Commerce based platforms
Engineer and lead efficiency procedures and operations
Verify end of shift order service level agreement completion
Assist in all components of inventory control
Cycle Counts
Inventory Transfers
etc.
Conduct pre-shift meetings and delegate work to team / Post-shift meetings to communicate daily performance.
Assist in timecard review and approvals
Assist Warehouse Manager in Incident/Accident investigation and reporting.
Act on behalf of Warehouse Manager during absence.
Work with the Warehouse Manager to Develop and implement KPIs for Pick / Pack / Ship
Implement and Monitor Quotas for Employees base on KPIs developed.
Other duties as assigned.
Desired Experience
Strong Written and Verbal communication abilities
Basic computer skills – MS Word and MS Excel
Ability to interact in a positive manner with team members to achieve goals.
Support and promote Worthington philosophy and Culture .
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Basic ability to troubleshoot production/personnel issues.
5 years’ experience in shipping/warehouse environment
2 Years of Leadership experience
