Overview
We are looking for a Web Product Manager Senior to join our team. This position will directly report to the VP Applications and Business Intelligence and is responsible for discovering, developing and evaluating new product ideas, enhancing existing products or strategic product extensions, and translating research discoveries into usable and marketable products. This manager must be able to lead, plan, and track all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace and ongoing management.
About You
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or other related fields; Master’s degree in healthcare or business preferred
3+ years of relevant experience in product development, healthcare consulting, business development or investment banking
Minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience, preferably in a payer and/or pharmacy market
Experience with new business pilot design desired
Strong ability to independently lead and manage cross-functional teams to alignment amid ambiguity
SharePoint content strategy and management experience desired
Web Content Management System experience desired
Salesforce Administration experience desired
Agile SDLC experience desired
