The Work-From-Home Administrative Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to executives and management teams. This role involves managing schedules, handling communications, organizing documents, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
Coordinate virtual meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
Handle incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
Organize and maintain digital filing systems and confidential records.
