Overview
We’re looking for a Workers Compensation Benefit Coordinator to join our team.
You will report directly to the Risk Manager. You will be responsible for being the primary point of contact for all employees with work-related injuries.
You will initiate contact with all employees reporting workers’ compensation injuries and serves as primary contact to answer questions, coordinate benefits, assist with medical appointment scheduling, and various other aspects of assistance for injured worker.
You will ensure timely and through completion of First Report of Injury Form and maintain accurate logs and files regarding same.
You will communicate pertinent and appropriate information regarding claims to the assigned insurance adjustor
You will coordinate and administer return to work policies and procedures.
About You
You have a High School Degree of Equivalent
You have minimum of 3 years of related work experience
You have prior HR, Insurance or legal experience
This role requires full COVID-19 vaccination.
